Educational Qualification:
1. Project Manager: BE/B-tech- Civil, Minimum 8 years’ experience in Highways/Road Sector Company.
2. Manager-Finance and Accounts: CA/CMA, Minimum 5 years’ experience in Highways/Road Sector Company.
3. Manager – Highway Maintenance: BE/B-tech- Civil, Minimum 5 years’ experience in Highways/Road Sector Company.
4. Manager-HR & Admin: MBA-HR-Regular, Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant Sector.
5. Assistant Manager- Admin: MBA/BBA or Equivalent, Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant Sector.
6. Deputy Manager-Commercial and Contracts: BE/B-tech- Civil, Minimum 3 years’ experience in Highways/Road Sector Company. LLB Preferred.
7. Accountant: CA/CMA with Minimum 1 year of experience or M.com/B.com with minimum 3 years of Experience in Highways/Infra Sector Company.

National Highways Authority of India was set up by an act of the Parliament, NHAI Act, 1988 “An Act to provide for the constitution of an Authority for the development, maintenance and management of national highways and for matter connected therewith or incidental thereto”. It has been entrusted with National Highways Development Project, which alongwith other minor projects, has vested in it 50329 kms of National Highways for development, maintenance and management.
