Educational Qualification:
1) Full-time Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech with an aggregate of 60% marks) from a recognized university/institute in Computer Science.
2) Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Drupal 7/Drupal 8/Drupal 9 including module and theme development.
3) Experience in Web development experience on the LAMP stack, Sound knowledge of Linux OS, Installation/Compilation of software in Linux, Configuration of Apache/NGINX/Mariadb on Linux, PHP Scripting, MySQL, HTML5, Working with open-source applications.

In developing the National Centre for Biological Sciences we were guided by Abraham Flexner when he proposed the creation of the Institute of Advanced Study in Princeton. Flexner pithily expressed his views that the Institute “… should be small, its staff and students or scholars should be few, the administration should be inconspicuous, inexpensive and subordinate; the members of the teaching staff while freed from the waste of time involved in administrative work, should freely participate in decisions involving the quality and direction of its activities; the living conditions should represent a marked improvement over contemporary academic conditions… its subjects should be fundamental in character, and it should develop gradually…”. The founder of Tata Institute of Fundamental Research , Homi Bhabha, looked upon the Institute not merely as a place for doing good physics but as an instrument for growing science and scientific culture in India. TIFR’s research activities in physics, mathematics, biology and other areas are well known. Somewhat less known is the fact that it has helped to create a number of other institutions. NCBS is a research center specializing in biological research. The mandate of NCBS is basic and interdisciplinary research in the frontier areas of biology. Research interests of NCBS are in four broad areas ranging from the study of single molecules to systems biology.
NCBS engages in a number of collaborative initiatives, such as Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine and the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms, Together these three institutions do fundamental research, translational studies, and technology development.

ITI i.e National Trade Certificate (NTC) awarded by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), Graduate + Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications, SSC/HSC + Diploma in Engineering (Computers), Diploma in Electrical Engineering with good computer skills; Graduate in Commerce with Advanced Accountancy, Financial Management, Auditing, Law and Taxation as major subjects + Diploma in Finance and Accounts, Graduate with Knowledge of typing and use of personal computers and its applications, Diploma in Civil Engineering + Knowledge of use of personal computers, Diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering + Knowledge of use of personal computers, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, B.Sc./BCA, Graduate + knowledge of use of personal computers and applications + Typing Speed of more than 35 wpm, for a great career at National Centre for Biological Sciences.
