Educational Qualification: He/ She must hold at least a degree from any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Parliament or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed Universities under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or foreign Universities approved by the Central Government. Computer proficiency shall not be mandatory at the time of submission of the application form. The prescribed computer proficiency provided in the “Mizoram Group ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts Service/ Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023” shall be acquired compulsorily during the period of probation failing which confirmation shall be debarred He/ She must have a working knowledge of the Mizo Language of at least Middle School standard.
