Educational Qualification:
General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. Candidates with MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA/CS/CAIIB will be given preference.
Deputy General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate and shall have good knowledge of banking operations and should acquainted with latest trends in Banking/Financial Sector and should be aware of complying with the statutory and other regulatory requirements relevant to banking/Taxation.
Assistant General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. Candidates with MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA / CS/CAIIB, will be given preference.
Senior Manager/ Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. Candidate with MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA/CS/CAIIB, will be given preference.

Rangarajan, the then Governor, Reserve Bank of India graced the occasion. The Bank has been registered as a Multi-State Co-operative Bank under the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 1984 with effect from 30.05.2001 – again the first Co-operative Bank to achieve this coveted position in South India.
